Cancellation & Return Policy
This Cancellation & Return Policy is regarding cancellations and/or returns of orders, services, and products or other relevant items.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can assist you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. The Item need to be in “good as new,” resalable condition. Please contact us first to receive a return authorization number. Your return authorization email will contain complete instructions for how to make your return.
Refunds are for the cost of the purchased items(s) and will be processed once received; we do not cover the cost of return shipping (unless it was our shipping error).
We also offer returns on eBooks, so as long as you agree to remove the file from all devices, computers, and email that had access to it. We regret that we cannot issue refunds for software, music, or other media if the original seal has been opened. Clearance and Imperfect Items are not returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it is damaged or altered, and to charge a 10% restocking fee for large items such as meditation cushion sets and temple gongs. If we sent you an item by mistake, or if it was defective or damaged, we will reimburse your return shipping cost and offer an exchange or full refund.
